Colissimo shipment, order in Shipped status
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the delivery address of an order that has been shipped. We recommend that you double-check your delivery address before confirming your order, and regularly check your account to ensure that your saved addresses are up to date.
DHL Express shipment, order in Shipped status
Please contact your local DHL office with your tracking number to see if it's still possible to change the delivery address. If the address is incorrect or incomplete, your package will be returned to the sender. Once our logistics team receives it, we can arrange for reshipment.
Order being prepared
Once your order is confirmed, we have a very short time to change your address. If you notice an error in your address, you can send us a message with "Urgent" in the subject line via the contact form or directly to our email shop@louisemisha.com as soon as possible, including your order number. We will do our best to process your change request, but we cannot guarantee it.
If you change the delivery address in your personal account after placing an order, the new address will only be taken into account from the next order onwards.
