FAQ - Marlot Paris

To return your order, you have two options:

Choice 1: Go directly to this returns link

Option 2: Log in to your account and click on the order you wish to return. Once on your order, you will find a 'Return my order' button. From there, you will have the option to return, exchange one or more items, or receive a credit note with a 5% bonus.

To return or exchange an item, please follow the step-by-step instructions which will automatically generate a return label to print and affix to your package.

PS: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, while exchange costs are covered by Marlot Paris.

Unfortunately, Marlot does not cover the shipping costs for returned orders. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

However, if you opt for an exchange, Marlot Paris will cover return shipping costs. Exchanges are possible on the same item to change sizes, as well as on all other items in the store.

You can now exchange your items and return shipping costs are free of charge from Marlot Paris!

To do this, simply follow the same steps as for a return:
1) go to your account
2) click on your order
3) click on the 'return my order' button

4) Follow the steps and you will have the choice to return, exchange or obtain a credit note

5) Click on exchange and select the others of your choice

6) A fully paid return label will be automatically generated and you will be able to return your return package

7) Your new order will be generated automatically and sent to you upon receipt of your return package.

To obtain a credit, simply follow the standard return procedure step by step:

1) Log in to your account

2) Click on the order you wish to return

3) Once on your order, you will find a 'return my order' button.

4) From there, you will have the choice to return, exchange one or more items or obtain a credit with a 5% bonus

5) A credit will be generated for you for the order amount with 5% of the order amount extra as a bonus :).

You can use it whenever you want without time limit.

Your order can be paid for by Visa, Mastercard, or American Express credit card. You can also pay for your order through your PayPal account.

We offer payment with Oney in 3 or 4 installments, free of charge, for any order over €100 in France.

Please note that our website does not accept bank transfers. We thank you for your understanding.

If your payment has been declined, we invite you to try placing your order again using another payment method, or to contact your bank directly.

If the problem persists despite this, you can contact our teams at hello@marlot-paris.com and we will try to help you as best we can.

When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number. It may take a few hours for the tracking to update, while our carrier collects your order. If you do not receive this email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact customer service at hello@marlot-paris.com

For orders to the European Union (including France):

If, during your tracking on the website of the chosen carrier, you find an anomaly in the delivery of your package and you think that it may be lost or blocked, which can unfortunately happen, we invite you to contact our teams at hello@marlot-paris.com .
Don't forget to bring your order number and tracking number.

For orders outside the European Union:

If, during your tracking on the DHL website, you find an anomaly in the delivery of your package and you think that it may be lost or blocked, which can unfortunately happen, we invite you to contact our teams at hello@marlot-paris.com . Don't forget to have your order number and tracking number ready.

Colissimo shipment, order in Shipped status

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the delivery address of an order that has been shipped. We recommend that you double-check your delivery address before confirming your order, and regularly check your account to ensure that your saved addresses are up to date.

DHL Express shipment, order in Shipped status

Please contact your local DHL office with your tracking number to see if it's still possible to change the delivery address. If the address is incorrect or incomplete, your package will be returned to the sender. Once our logistics team receives it, we can arrange for reshipment.

Order being prepared

Once your order is confirmed, we have a very short time to change your address. If you notice an error in your address, you can send us a message with "Urgent" in the subject line via the contact form or directly to our email shop@louisemisha.com as soon as possible, including your order number. We will do our best to process your change request, but we cannot guarantee it.

If you change the delivery address in your personal account after placing an order, the new address will only be taken into account from the next order onwards.

Packages that are returned to the sender are often the result of an error in the delivery address, repeated absences during several delivery attempts, or a package waiting at a post office that exceeds the 15-day hold period.

In any case, when our warehouse receives a return to sender, our service contacts the customer.

Please check your spam folder, the email may have ended up there.

The order confirmation email is sent immediately after the order is placed. If you have not received it and your bank account or PayPal account has not been charged, this means that your order has not been validated.

If you have been charged to your account but have not received a confirmation email, please write to us directly at our email address hello@marlot-paris.com , providing the name and email address used when ordering, the order number if you have one, and the item(s) concerned.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a modification or cancellation of an order because once it is in preparation, we have very little time for any possible modification.

To help us do our best, you can contact us at hello@marlot-paris.com , indicating the changes you would like and adding "Urgent" to the subject line. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee it.

We operate with limited inventory for each item, and typically have limited restocking. If you'd like to be notified when an item is available, simply go directly to the product page, click on the out-of-stock size, and enter your email address. You'll receive an email notification as soon as the item is back in stock.

We prioritize ethical fashion by selecting more natural materials such as 100% organic cotton or organically grown jersey. Free from chemicals and GMOs, these materials require less water to grow and are more environmentally friendly.

By choosing a family-run clothing workshop in Portugal, we are promoting short-circuit production and supporting small businesses that support the local economy.

Our products do not travel by plane or boat; we have chosen to ship our goods only by truck to limit our carbon footprint.

Yes, we are committed to ensuring working conditions that meet the highest standards. Because our manufacturing facility is located in Portugal, our seamstresses benefit from European and national labor law. This legislation imposes high standards in terms of safety, quality, and respect for workers' rights. This ensures a healthy, ethical, and safe working environment, in line with our values and social responsibility requirements.
